UCSF Yearbooks

The archives digitized all yearbooks and other university publications (course catalogs, announcements, student publications, annual reports, newsletters, etc.) from its holdings. These volumes are full-text accessible on Google Books and HathiTrust sites.

This collection of digitized yearbooks is organized chronologically and by school within each decade. Please keep in mind that the yearbooks’ titles changed through the years. The Medi-Cal yearbook, that was published from 1940 through 1969, included sections or so-called “books,” for each of the four schools.

The Blue and Gold, a yearbook published by Associated Students of the University of California at Berkeley from 1874 through 1925, included programs/departments from both Berkeley and San Francisco and is a valuable resource for researching university history.

Our yearbook collection has several gaps, and we continue looking for these missing volumes. If you are unable to find a particular school yearbook, it means we do not have it in our collection. Please help us grow our holdings and consider donating the yearbook volumes we are missing.
