Join the UCSF Library as we participate in the sixth annual Open Access Week from October 22-26. International Open Access Week offers an opportunity for the academic and research community to continue to learn about open access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in helping to make open access a new norm in scholarship and research.
The UCSF Library has launched a new blog called Convergence. Designed to create awareness about content creation tools for the CLE, the blog provides best practices, news, and in-depth information about the transition to Moodle 2. The blog will cover a wide range of categories, but all share the common goal of being used in the CLE.
Some of the topics that will be covered:
The UCSF Library’s new Biochemistry subject guide provides direct links to the best online resources for finding biochemical information. Link to online textbooks, bibliographic databases, online protocols/methods, handbooks for biochemical data, patent databases, and core biochemical journals.
Please join us on November 14 and 15 for the UCSF Teaching & Learning Center Educational Technology Conference. UCSF faculty, staff, and students are all welcome.
Registration is now open for two days of free workshops and presentations.
