At the 15th March BNM meeting. the Board agreed
that the following amendments
should be made to your draft 1995 Key Area Paper
on leaf -
I Section 1 9 7e Cror) Excienses- Could you please
amend the second sentence of
the first paragraph to make it clear :har this
refers to per kilo expenses.
2. Section 2 1 re Ouanrjtv of Leaf Excor-,s There
was some confusion as to
exactly what is meant bv'ccmmitred'orde.-s in the
second sentence. Could you
please clariFy what is meant by this (i e that 1(
is no legally binding order)
3 Section 4 4 re World SuriciviStocks- It was
considered that the statement that
green leaf prices Must 1=7ease...' (start of the
fourth paragraph) gives the
wrong impression. Cauid vou please 7e-write this
sentence along the lines 0f-

corrected '
4. Section 6 2 re Traininsz: Could you please add
something to indicate that a
training course is being deve!oped in r,-!ation to
GLT processing.
Could you please le, me have an amended version of
the paper by Friday, 24th Aarch.
