Section 2. second para: Replace "and/or" by "and".
- An amendment to indicate that operations should
seek to achieve reductions of at
least 5% p.a. in real per mille costs (excluding
depreciation) on average over the
Plan period. A suitable place for this amendment
might be the first paragraph of
Section 3.
