    It is SAT's opinion that Iso'King I's an adult choice. We are
    totally opposed to stoking by non-adulce and it is totally
    ag&Lnsc our policy to encourage non-adults to stake.
    Turthermore we support unreservedly the ef forts of authorities
    to prevent the sale of cigsrettep to oon-adults and to prevent
    their having access to cigarette vending aschines.
    Consequently we do not tia our cigarette advertising at
    non-adults nor do va usa advertising caspsigns which could be
    interpreted as encouraging non-adults to smoke.
    Tor this reason advertiviag should not be placed in asdia where
    the majority of the audience it non-adult and television
    advertising should not appear at t Imet when the ma~ortty of the
    audience is likely to be aon-ad~slt-
    Furthermore, it is clearly ioappropriate to monitor, maintain or
    present inforascion on the habits -ar Preferences of any
    non-Adu I t s

    if regulations in toy particular country so -require).
