SMOKING HEALTH AND RESEARCH
1. This group joined with the team on Smoking Health and
the Public to produce the list of assumptions adopted.
Not all the assumptions listed, of course, are relevant
to this, plan.
2. It is believed that this paper will have a circulation
much more limited than Smoking Health and the Public.
Indeed this difference in circulation is the main
logix involved in the separation. It does mean
however that some overlap is not only unavoidable
but necessary.
3. This paper is therefore intended for a limited circulation
assumed at present to be CAC companies only outside U.K.
so-, and further that these companies alone (outside U.K.)
are concerned. But it is expected that the territorial
directors may draw some items to the attention of other
companies (e.g. cigars)
