0.2% of earnings in 1991.
14.5 Priorities for action will be:
14.5.1 Bring the strategies for Imasco in line with those of B.A.T Industries;
I4.5.2 Agree plans for divestment of Hardee's;
14.5.3 Agree a timetable and mechanism for Imasco to reduce their share
holding in CT Financial to 65 %;
14.5.4 Investigate the implications for B.A.T Industries of its effective share
holding in CT Financial being reduced from 40% to 26%,
14.5.5 Reach agreement between Imasco and B.A.T Industries on how the
proceeds from the sale of Hardee's and 35% of CT Financial will be
utilised.
