The figures supplied should be as a basis consistent with those supplied to Windsor House Accounts Department each January (UK GAA2) . However, only a few key figures are required, as set out below. 3. For the Commercial Activities, the figures required are:- Gross Turnover Code 3111 Net Turnover Code 9711 Trading Profit Code 339 Share of Profits Associates Code 87170 Net of external debt, in ca r- company ) loanstdeposits and cash, deposits )Codes 81617 + 81712 16 - 17 and current investments Uter-company loans/deposits with Windsor House Companies included in )Code 81712 this total Dividends paid to Windsor House Companies. 4. (a) Please provide an industrial analysis of turnover and trading profits where relevant. (b) BATCo. should also provide a geographical analysis far turnover and profits and an approximate split between UK and overseas for not debt/ requirements. 5. For Financial Services, the requirements are:- Premium Income - Life Code 3141 - Non-Life Code 3142 - Total Coda 314 Profits Before Tax - Life Code 735 - Non-Life Code 731 - Total Code 3391 Not of loan/current accounts with Windsor House Companies Dividends paid to Windsor House Companies. 6. It will be assumed that the 1990-1991 information supplied with the reviews will not be materially different from the September QPR and QBS/Cash forecast exercises. 'If there are differences, it would be helpful for these to be highlighted. It will also be helpful to have a note of any material differences from the 1991 trading profits estimate provided in July, including an estimate of the expected impact an net interest or the effective tax rate. 7.
