thanks you.
This will confirm that, for the purposes Of IMSSCO'3 proposed offer to purchase 6%
Cumulative Preference Shares:-
i) The only securities of Imasco hold by or for the benefit of B.A.T Industries are
48,200,832 Common Shares of no per value and that since September 30, 1993
there have been no trades in shares of Imasco by or for the benefit of SAT
Industries.
ii) B.A.T Industries has no present intention to purchase any shares of Imasco
during the period the said offer is outstanding, approximately from the beginning
of October 1994 to mid-November 1994.
iii) B.A.T Industries has no commitments to acquire equity securities of Imasco.
