I wish to acknowledge with thanks you letter of December 8th
concerning the above and including Mr. Sheehy's letter to
Mr. Par* and the original declaration signed by you on behalf
of B.A.T Industries Limited.
In long last, I am enclosing herewith for your records a copy
of the Application to the Minister, the Supplementary Material
and the Appendices.
We continue to await to pleasure of the Minister in order to
file the Application with him. Unfortunately, the Minister
fell and suffered a serious injury. However, we are hopeful
that it will be filed prior to the year end. :1
