acquisitions under to Investment Canada Act. To maintain this status, we are in the process. of
preparing a renewal applicwiom and we have therefore prepared and enclose herewith the required
reports for both South Western Nominen Un-Aed and SWN Investments Un-ited. As noted In your
letter of July 1Z 1991 that accompanied the completed report. we are aware dim the shares ot Imasco
hold by South Western and SWN we hold for their own acomint, but we would so[ appreciate I you
could take the time to complete the two reports and return them to my attention prior to July 9. 1993.
