I understand that, during discussions which you had with Dick
Brentnall in December, you stated that your preference was for a 5
mille rather than a 10 mille case.
we only normally use a 5 mine case for supplying customem within
Europe Duty Free markets as it affords approximately 40% less
protection than the 10 Mille case. The 5 mille case is only
corrugated rather than solid board and there is likely to be greater
damage to product than if a 10 mille case is used.
Although we understand the reasons for your preference, we would be
grateful if you could review the situation and confirm whether a 10
mine case would be acceptable.
