This project is due for launch in June with limited distribution targetted at the
growing Asian community on the West Coast.
Due to legal constraints, vm are very limited in the POS items available for use. On
Imperial Tobacco's advice, we will be utilLiing display units, shelf talkers and shelf
arrows. The restrictions are such that, once a design has been used, it cannot be
changed unless R reflects changes to the pack design.
State Express has previously been on the market in the early 1980s and for your
information the attached shows the design of the shelf talker used. Imperial's legal
advisers have been asked whether we can change *Imported from Brftaina to
'Imported from Englando. Apparently Wade in England' is not acceptable.
It you require samples of the shelf talker once it has been printed, I will gladly send
some to you.
