Tbis is to confirm that I did not receive the samples for the first production run for
Canada which you requested on my behalf Despite the cocluiries m3dc by Linda
Knight, Stephen Combe and myself, it is not clear what has happened to them
Whilst them is nothing winch can be dorte now to rectify the situation. I would like to
express my concern that this order will be rccm-od by & customer without samples
heing seen by any member of BAIT ME m-agement. As I am sure ynu appreciate this
could be extremely embarrassing and cosdy if the product isdeczzied to be unsatisfactory
on arrival in C-da and cannot be Lumched.
I know ttuit Customer Services have done all that they can, bawava E Would ic it
if the other links in the rhain'could be made aware of the potential problems. woWd
also like to request that 3 x 200's carrons I-orn the production.-Lm be =nt to me -
pan*s the system will work this time!
