Thank you for your letter of 25th August regarding
the arrangements for Mr. Sheehy's visit.
When you arrive at 11.00 o'clock, please enter at
the Prince Consort Road entrance to the Department
of Aeronautics (marked on the enclosed map). There
is a porter there and he will tell my secretary that
you have arrived - she will meet you and bring you to
my office. After the meeting, we shall lunch at
about 12.30 p.m. in the Rector's house at 170 Queensgate
(also marked on the map).
I hope these arrangements are agreeable to you and we
look forward to seeing you all in October.
