Paul, as Chairman of the Council, will be holding
a press conference tomorrow morning, September 21,
in Ottawa, to announce the new cigarette advertis-
ing code of the Council, effective January 1, 1972.

Council, as well as Ed Ricard, as Vice President and
General Manager of ITPL, will also be present.
