TECHNICAL MEETINGS
At the RPG held in SePtember 1988. the following
specialist meetings
were agreed:
1. Consumer Testing (Sensory Mapping, new
products).
U.K. December 1989.
Status - arrangements in progress.
2. Product Development.
Canada January 1989.
Status - completed.
Next Product Development Specialist Meeting U.K.,
June 1990.
3. Flavourist Workshop.
U.K. February 1990.
From memory, the latest RPG was recommending a
Product Development
Specialist Meeting and Flavourist Workshop during
1990 at other
locations. I am fairly keen on holding the
Flavourist Workshop here
and we are planning it during the first week of
March. At the same
time, I would not be too concerned if the Product
Development
Specialist Meeting is held in the U.S.A. as per
the 1989 RPG.
I am currently in the process of drafting the
letters of invitation
for the Flavourist Workshop. Please advise if I
should progress this.
