Recombinations of fractions did not reveal a statistically significant loss of activity, but only 60-7076 of the activity of the nitromethane fraction was conpentrated in the APH fraction. This may, perhaps, be taken as evidence for the separation of initiators and promotors. These are immediate comments based on an initial perusal of the papers, which will. now be studied in greater detail. It was felt you would wish to have copies as soon as possible. Any comments you may have would be greatly appreciated. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, D. G. FELTON Encs. cc: Dr. S. J. Green Mr. G. C. Hargrove Herr. H.
