General Information
The UCSF Library provides lending and copying services to libraries.
Libraries may send OCLC requests to the symbol "CUN" or Docline requests to LIBID "CAUCSF."
If OCLC or Docline are not options for your institution, we accept requests via email.
If you are an individual who needs materials from the UCSF Library, please place an interlibrary request at any US or overseas library to which you have access, or visit Loansome Doc.
Policies
We accept requests via:

- Docline
- Loansome Doc
Loan period:
- 4 weeks
- 4-week renewals possible
Photocopying limit: 50 pages per request
Rush service: We do not accept rush requests, except through Docline.

Billing and Shipping
Billing: IFM, EFTS or invoice.
Payment for invoiced material: We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AmEx.
Delivery methods: US First Class mail for loans; email and Ariel for copies.
