Document Express Form

Please only use this form if directed by library staff. This is not the preferred request method for Document Express.

Document Express is a fee-based document delivery service for journal articles from the UCSF Library collection. You will be charged a $5 fee for up to 25 pages and $5 for each additional 25 pages after that. Most articles are delivered within 1-2 business days of your request. Please enter only one journal article per request form. Entire journal issues cannot be obtained via Document Express. If you have questions, email staff or call (415) 476-2337.
