The Medical Sciences Computing Space provides 24 hour access to computing resources for UCSF students, faculty, clinical residents and fellows only. Please use your UCSF ID for access; a numeric code is not required.
Location: Medical Sciences Building, S165
Authentication
Login to Library computers with your Active Directory account, which is the same as: mail@UCSF, UCare or your staff computer credential.

Faculty and personnel: contact your Computer Support Coordinator. If you don't have one, request a mail@UCSF account.

- All windows workstations have 3GB of RAM and 17" monitors.
- S165: 9 PCs and 2 iMacs
- S165A: 19 PCs (18 student computers, 1 instructor station)
- General and curricula-related software
- Additional resources: network laser printer, scanner, CD burners, and DVD burner, whiteboard, videotape player (in main lab).
Classroom Reservations
The Medical Sciences computing space can be reserved for computer classroom use.
Reservations are $81/hour, with a 15 minute minimum. Make a reservation
