GALEN Toolbar Installation. Step 1 of 2

Active-X Pop up

For many IE users with pop-up blockers or the Windows Personal Firewall installed, a small beige bar may appear in the browser window as shown in the image above.

If this occurs, click on the bar and a small window will appear giving you the option to install the ActiveX control. Click that option and a new pop-up will appear with certificate information notifying you that this piece of software has been signed by UCSF. You can then choose to install the toolbar.
