HELP & HOW-TO

RefShare
What is RefShare and how do I use it?
RefShare allows you to share your references by making the contents of specific folders or your entire RefWorks database accessible to anyone with an Internet connection. Using the RefShare feature you can create a link to share with others. Users of your reference collection will be able to download and print your references, and you can choose to allow people to post comments about a reference to the Web.
- Log in to your RefWorks account.
- Under Folders, choose Share Folders.
- Choose a folder or your entire database.
- Decide on what you want to allow users to do with your shared folder or database.
- You can also use the Email URL button to email the URL to yourself and/or others.
- Click on the Save button.
- To let others know how to access your "shared" folders or database, send the URL/web address or post the URL/web address on a web page.
