On Monday, April 4, Apple will be sponsoring two training events in the UCSF Teaching and Learning Center.

Learn how to author engaging, multimedia podcasts and ebooks in this hands-on session.

Looking for ways to reach your students outside of the classroom? Want to create rich multimedia content for your latest class project? Podcasts and electronic books are a quick and easy way to deliver compelling teaching and learning content to mobile users. Participants will learn how easy it is to create audio only, enhanced and video podcasts along with ePub format electronic books on the Mac. See how easy it is for faculty and students to share these resources using iTunes U and access them on their iPod touch, iPhone or iPad.

Come explore how Apple products are changing the field of nursing. See how teachers and students are using Mac, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch to collaborate, advance student training, and improve patient care. See how Apple products help enhance care management in hospitals by making clinical data easily accessible on the go. NOTE: This is a repeat of the February 9 sessions.

Maximum capacity is 48 people per session.
