Instructional Grants Applications Due March 14

Applications for the Instructional Grants Program, 2011-2012, are now being accepted. Funds are available to support instructional improvement projects focused on interprofessional health education, to be initiated during the 2011-2012 academic year. This grant program is funded by UCSF's new Center for Excellence in Interprofessional Health Education and the Library. The Center envisions "UCSF graduates will be able to work collaboratively and interprofessionally to advance patient care, public service, and research."

Grants will be awarded at a maximum of $18,000 each for one- to two-year projects. UCSF faculty, students, and staff are invited to apply. Funds can be used to cover faculty release time as well as other project costs. Proposals will be expected to be developed by, or specify, collaborators in two or more schools.

Applications are due March 14, 2011. View application criteria, instructions, and forms.
