There are two developments regarding resources produced by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).

AAAS is including trial access in 2006 to Science Express articles as part of UC's online subscription to Science. Science Express provides electronic publication of selected Science papers in advance of print. After 2006, the UC Libraries will evaluate the value of this advance service. Visit Science Express.

AAAS' Science of Aging Knowledge Environment, SAGE KE, will discontinue publication after June 30, 2006. UCSF's subscription to SAGE KE will remain active until that date. All of the archival content of SAGE KE, from its inception in October 2001 through the last issue in June 2006, will become fully accessible for customers with active subscriptions to Science online. The AAAS Signal Transduction Knowledge Environment (STKE), to which UCSF also subscribes, will remain in publication.
