[General]
[New Resources]
Through November, the University of California (UC) Libraries are sponsoring a pilot of a replacement for the current Melvyl Catalog, which contains records for holdings at all ten UC campuses. UCSF patrons are very much encouraged to test the pilot and offer feedback on how well it meets their needs. Test the UCSF version, Melvyl@UCSF.
The pilot features a single interface that searches holdings in all UC Libraries, those of libraries around the world, and UC books digitized by Google. UC-eLinks is available for access to the full text of journals or information about print copies. With the new database, you can also read and write reviews of books and share your favorite results with colleagues and peers on sites like Facebook, Google Bookmarks, and Digg. Just go to the "Share It" header, choose your service from the Bookmark bar, sign in and post your item. This is a great way to share interesting research findings with your friends and colleagues. ![]() Please share your feedback about Melvyl@UCSF at any time, by completing the survey.
