Ingenuity Pathways Analysis: Trial Licenses
Database Search Tool to Analyze Complex Biological Systems
The Library and the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center have arranged for free trial licenses to Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) software. IPA is a web-based tool that enables biologists and bioinformaticians to model, analyze, and understand complex biological systems. IPA allows researchers to analyze datasets from many different experimentation platforms to identify key functions, pathways, networks, and mechanisms that distinguish biological states.

View a PowerPoint presentation on IPA and get information about training opportunities.

Ingenuity is offering free trial licenses to any UCSF investigator interested in using IPA to analyze real data before purchasing the platform. Although trial licenses normally expire after two weeks, we have arranged for an extended trial until the end of May. When registering, use your ucsf.edu email address in order to participate in the extended trial. Register now.
