"View Your Library Record" Service Enhanced
[General]
To better serve our patrons, the Library has enhanced the online Renew Books / View Your Library Record service. It now includes
- the expiration date for the borrower account - the number of times each UCSF-owned item has been renewed. The first enhancement is necessary because many library services are blocked when a borrower account has expired. Be sure to keep your account active so that services such as Interlibrary Borrowing and Document Express will be available when you need them. You can reactivate your account via email, by calling (415) 476-2335, or in person at the Parnassus or Mission Bay circulation desks. All UCSF-owned items may be renewed five times through the online system. After the fifth time, items must be returned to the Library before they can be checked out again. Access your library record on GALEN from the General Services & Information > Circulation and Borrowing area or within the Catalog under "View Your Record." [back to top] |
