  • -  Material needed for course reserves may be recalled immediately.
  • -  If recalled materials are not returned promptly borrowing privileges will be suspended.

Overdue Materials
  • -  Borrowing privileges will be suspended if items become overdue. Should an item become overdue in excess of 30 days, a bill for its replacement will be issued. The amount of this charge will vary according to the cost of replacement, but will never amount to less than $30.00 for an unbound journal, or $70.00 for a book.
  • -  An additional $20.00 processing fee is added to the replacement cost. If the material is returned before a replacement copy is ordered, a bill for $20.00 in processing fees will be assessed and the outstanding replacement bill canceled.
  • -  Reinstatement of privileges will be contingent upon return of these materials and/or payment of these charges. Outstanding charges may be referred to a collection agency after 30 days or other penalties such as registration blocks may be applied.
  • -  For information concerning materials borrowed from the Reserve Collection, please refer to the flyer Reserve Collection available at the Parnassus Library circulation desk.
