Cashier's Window Hours

	Saturday				10:00 AM - 2:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

	Sunday				1:00 PM - 3:00 PM; 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

	Photocopying and Cashiering Services is located on the 2nd floor. Note that the Cashier's Window is not open during all Library hours. The window may be closed briefly in order to service other copy rooms. Closing time may vary on Fridays and Saturdays. Call (415) 476-8128 for more information.

	You may buy copycards from vending machines at non-UCSF rates anytime the Library is open.

Information Desk Hours

	Saturday - Sunday				12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

	The Information Services desk is located on the 3rd floor of the Library. Staff are available to answer general questions. During desk hours you may also call (415) 476-2337.

	Reference Services are available for complex research questions during some of the hours that the Information desk is open.

	UCSF personnel and students can ask a question online anytime. Usually, your question will be addressed within one business day.

Reference Services are available for complex research questions. Ask at the Information Desk to meet with a reference librarian during the hours listed below. You can also request a consultation with a librarian online at any time.

ILC Computer Lab Consultants

The Interactive Learning Centers (ILCs) provide access to computing resources for UCSF students, faculty, and personnel in support of instructional and research computing at UCSF. The ILC Library is open during all Library hours. The ILC South is open 24 hours a day; access granted via UCSF ID card.

Archives & Special Collections Hours

Archives & Special Collections in-person reference service is available on Mondays and Tuesdays by appointment only. You may call (415) 476-8112 or email archives staff at any time to ask a reference question or arrange an appointment.
