Transferring Citations from Databases
Transferring Citations from Databases
Direct Export is the easiest way to get citations into EndNote & RefWorks. However, not all databases offer this option.
An EndNote filter is a file that contains the instructions EndNote needs to import citations correctly using the Import option. Each EndNote filter is designed to work with a specific database.
EndNote Connection files allow you to connect to a remote database from within EndNote. A connection file requires a special institutional setup to work, so this option is not available for all databases.
