Free Training in Ingenuity Pathways Analysis

IPA logo and pathway representation

On March 14, UCSF will host a special workshop on using Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA). IPA is a program that helps researchers model, analyze, and understand the complex biological and chemical systems at the core of life science research. Use IPA to:

  • build a more complete upstream regulatory picture
  • gain a better understanding of the biology underlying a given gene expression study
  • predict important regulatory or signaling genes such as transcription factors, microRNAs and cytokines
  • predict activation or inhibition of upstream regulators
  • discover relationships between upstream regulators that illustrate how they work together in a signaling cascade
  • generate testable hypotheses faster

UCSF faculty, staff, and students may register for this in-person class and/or a one-on-one appointment with an Ingenuity scientist.

Sign up for the workshop, or learn more about IPA.
